Josepf Gray

Associate Professional Clinical Counselor & Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Do you ever find yourself emotionally drained or feeling as though you are battling so many emotions you do not know where to start? In the world we live in today it seems easier to just push down our emotions and never speak about them; especially when it comes to past trauma. I believe in a person-center, solution-focused approach which is tailored to your individual needs and goals in life. I received two bachelors from Cal. State University Bakersfield and my master’s from Pepperdine University.

I specialize in CBT and Positive Psychology, two evidence base theories that can help us change our thoughts, behaviors, and actions. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a wide range of fields including trauma, mental illness, dual-diagnosis, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I believe you should not define someone based on their past experiences, but instead help them work to a more rewarding future. Let’s work together to take the first step in moving forward to a healthier and brighter future.
