Karen is a Spanish-speaking, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield. Karen has worked with teens, transitioning-aged youth, adults, and older adults in an outpatient setting with a variety of mental health concerns through evidence based practices. She has experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders. Karen strives to create a safe environment where clients will feel welcome to share their stories, gain insight, and create a reality for them that they trust.
