Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LMFT

"Helping people find a deeper truth and come back to their center by removing all of the blankety-blank stuff. "

Humanness first and then the rest. I am an affirmative Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that the use of spirituality in practice can help guide people through a variety of life experiences. My extensive training in working with children, adolescents, and adults has allowed me the expertise in the following areas: complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting, life transition, life path, self-exploration/individuation, and creating long lasting healthy attachments.

Drawing on core principles of Mindfulness, Internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy I believe that creative and humanistic approaches can get you where you want to be. My focus is to help you become the expert in your life and create long lasting change.
