Tamara believes that balance is key to everything in life. Your body naturally maintains balance through homeostasis to keep you healthy. But often we forget, feel compelled, or are forced due to circumstances or the environment to be extreme in our relationships, our home-work balance, and our treatment of ourselves. Tamara can help you restore the balance in your life to eliminate the stress, worry, fear, anger, guilt, and persistent sadness you may feel. Life has taught you many lessons but you are never finished growing. Tamara invites you to learn how to be the person you want to be rather than the person life has taught you to be.
