Associate Social Worker

Tricia is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW). Tricia’s approach is person-centered and is rooted in the belief that everyone has unique, innate strengths and the capacity for growth and change. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and has experience providing services in schools, residential, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient therapy programs.

Tricia received a BA in psychology at the University of California, Riverside; a Master of Education with an emphasis in School Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Boston; and a Master of Social Work from Cal State University, San Marcos. She is experienced in working with individuals seeking help with depression, parenting, anger management, anxiety, trauma recovery, family stress, addiction, and life transitions.

Tricia uses an integration of therapeutic techniques catered to each individual’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Strengths-Based interventions. Tricia strives to create a safe, encouraging, and empathetic environment for self-exploration.
