Maritza Peralta

Hi, I'm Maritza Peralta, an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW). I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work Adult Wellness from San Jose State University. I have been working in the mental health field for the past 6 years, primarily working with adults for co-occurring disorders.

I have specifically dealt with disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychotic disorders, and substance usage. I am fluent in English and Spanish and thrive assisting the community with their overall mental health well being. My therapeutic approaches range from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Practices.

My goal is to individualize each person's session to meet with their needs. I am excited to work through this healing journey with you!
