Alex Wayne

Alex Wayne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked with a variety of populations such as those in crisis, individuals, families, children, and teens. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from USC with a specialization of Children and Families and her Bachelor's degree in Child Development/Family Studies from California State University, Long Beach.

She has training and experience working with those that are navigating depressive and anxiety-related symptoms, adolescent/youth trauma, self-harm, major life changes, family stressors and conflict, grief and loss, and parenting support. She has experience with crisis management, brief interventions, and long term care.

Alex's goal is to help empower her client's to their highest potential through growth of their problem-solving skills and internal coping resources in an effort to enhance their overall daily lives and build resilience to not only survive, but to thrive.
