Spencer Weiss

Hello! My name is Spencer Weiss, and I am a licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. I have spent 10 years studying Psychology, acquiring 3 degrees over that time (Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and two Masters of Arts in Psychology). I have also spent time as a Certified Personal Trainer, Applied Behavioral Analyst, Registered Behavior Technician, and working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Human behavior is not something I am simply interested in or familiar with; it is what I have chosen to devote my life to.

Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, loneliness, feeling stuck, feeling judged...I've experienced all of these, and more, on my own journey in mental health. I have spent several years in my own personal therapy to work through the things that were holding me back, and I still do to this day. In short: I know where you're coming from and I know how to get you to where you want to be, both from my education and my personal experiences.

I will approach everything you bring into session with curiosity, as well as provide you with clearly defined steps to get you to where you want to be. I do not judge, I will not force my opinions onto you, and I will always listen to and respect your point of view. Most importantly, this is a shared experience. We share the joy, we share the pain, and we share the success.
