Hi, I’m Elizabeth Mitchell, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) in the state of California. I received my Master's degree from the University of San Francisco (USF). I am a passionate and empathetic therapist hailing from the vibrant Bay Area. My therapeutic journey involves working with adults, children, teens, and families, and I strive to create a safe space for you to explore your emotions and navigate personal growth.

With 5 years of experience working in a variety of settings and with diverse populations, I have training and experience in addressing adult and child trauma, social-emotional behavioral disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I provide heartfelt support and guidance to individuals and families facing various life challenges, and I’m committed to helping you find your path to healing and growth.
