- Have panic attacks occasionally

- Heart palpitations, a pounding heartbeat, or an accelerated heartrate

- Sweating

- Trembling or shaking

- Sensations of shortness of breath, smothering, or choking

- Feelings of impending doom

- Feelings of being out of control
