We are currently recruiting therapists. Fully remote positions. Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change is looking for clinicians who are culturally responsive, with diverse lived experiences and diverse backgrounds. Our clinicians provide virtual video counseling sessions to patients throughout California. The benefits of W2 employee status range from paid sick time off, health benefit contribution with Kaiser Permanente, CEU trainings, retirement offered in 2022, and a flexible schedule.
