Diana Servellon
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist - AMFT
Hi, I’m Diana Servellon, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) based in Los Angeles. As a Latina born and raised here, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective to the work I do with clients. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care that respects each person’s unique story.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. This flexibility allows me to adapt treatment to best meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families. I also have specialized training in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Seeking Safety, which further support my work.
I provide services in both English and Spanish, working with clients experiencing interpersonal violence, grief, depression, anxiety, and a wide range of mental health concerns. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for building self-awareness, healing from past experiences, and navigating life’s challenges with greater resilience.
At the heart of my work is a passion for helping clients reconnect with their true, authentic selves so they can live fuller, more meaningful lives. In therapy, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where your goals are honored and your growth is encouraged.
