Fatima Alrazaa
Hi, I’m Fatima Alrazaa, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor fluent in English and Arabic. As a first-generation Arab American raised in Southern California’s Inland Empire, I understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultures and overcoming systemic barriers. These experiences deeply inform my work and strengthen my connection with clients from diverse backgrounds.
My clinical background includes working with children, teens, families, and individuals from economically disadvantaged communities in both school and outpatient settings. I’ve supported clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, ADHD, identity development, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional regulation, and PTSD. I’ve also facilitated anger management groups and enjoy creating and leading wellness workshops that promote mental and emotional well-being.
I believe in the strength of the human spirit and am committed to supporting clients in reaching their goals and becoming the best version of themselves. My approach is warm and client-centered, grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to healing and growth, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I'm here to support your growth—at your pace—toward becoming the best version of yourself.
