    Chioma Agu, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health. Her clinical background spans inpatient, outpatient, residential, emergency, and crisis care settings, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on supporting adults through a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood-related disorders. She holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing, with an emphasis in Leadership and Management.
    Chioma’s approach is grounded in creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. She prioritizes culturally responsive, non-judgmental care, and brings extensive experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community. She recognizes the importance of identity, lived experience, and environment in shaping mental health. Through a thoughtful and collaborative process, she works alongside clients to deepen self-awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and support sustainable, meaningful change.
    Outside of her clinical work, Chioma enjoys strength training, traveling, and spending time with her family and community.
