Hi, I’m Crystal Guzman, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Find Your Balance Center for Growth & Change.
I didn’t start this practice just to provide therapy, I built it to change how mental health care is delivered.
As a first-generation Latina raised in Los Angeles, I saw firsthand how many individuals and families struggle to access care that truly understands their experiences. Too often, people are left navigating trauma, anxiety, and life challenges without culturally responsive support.
That’s why I created Find Your Balance Center for Growth & Change, a practice rooted in accessibility, clinical integrity, and real impact.
Today, we are a growing team of clinicians providing services across California through both telehealth and in-person care. We serve a diverse population and offer support in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, French, and Russian, because we believe language should never be a barrier to healing.
Our work focuses on supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices. But beyond modalities, what sets us apart is our commitment to meeting clients where they are, with compassion, cultural awareness, and consistency.
As a leader, my focus is on building a practice where clinicians feel supported, valued, and set up for long-term success. That means creating strong systems, reducing administrative burden, and creating a team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and growth.
We are not just a group practice, we are a mission-driven organization working to expand access to care while maintaining high clinical standards.
